Shipping – Returns

We expect that you’ll love your MEXYCO products but we realize some returns are inevitable. Please feel free to return any MEXYO item that you have purchased if you are not completely satisfied with. Returns must be within 7 days of purchase. Please be advised that there are some clearly marked items that are not eligible for returns.

 Please e-mail [email protected] to receive instructions before shipping the package back to us. Our “returns form” must be completed and returned with the items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn.

Cancelations

If you need to cancel an order please email us. Orders cancelled before shipping will be fully refunded. Please allow 2-4 days for your refund. Once an order has shipped you will need to follow instructions above for returns. You can expect a refund in the same time form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receipt of your return merchandise, providing it arrives safely. You will be credit for the price of the items minus shipping cost.

• “Made to order” items are not refundable
• If you find your package appears damaged, or once you opened, you find damaged products, email us immediately at [email protected] so we can arrange to have it inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
